About me and my practice

I work in a creative & integrative manner which provides an individual adaptable approach that can be an effective way to explore different perspectives and help bring about effective and lasting change. I have a real love of nature and often use natural creative therapies which can be used to help develop healthier minds and bodies and I hope that you might be able to find peace of mind during sessions that will lead you to a happier and more meaningful life.
